ADPTHQ is a LevelUp Edu Pvt Ltd company. This page explains what we collect when you visit adpthq.com or book a build session, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- When you book a build session: your name, WhatsApp number, work email, company, role, what your business does, revenue band, team size, what you want built, the tools you use, when you'd like to start, and how you heard about us.
- Where you came from: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source) and ad click IDs, so we know which ads and posts bring people to us.
- When you browse the site: if our ad measurement is switched on, basic usage data such as the pages you view and the device and browser you use.
Why we use it
- To contact you on WhatsApp, email or phone about the session you asked for, and to prepare for it.
- To follow up on what we discussed, if you want us to.
- To see which of our ads and posts work, so we spend less on the ones that don't.
We don't sell your data.
Who else handles it
We use a small set of services to run this: Tally for the booking form, our CRM to keep track of conversations, WhatsApp to message you, and Meta to measure our ads. They handle your data for us under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we're in conversation or working together, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
- Ask us to stop messaging you. On WhatsApp, reply STOP.
- Withdraw any consent you've given us, at any time.
